Watertown Little People Child Care & Learning Center operates between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
We are open year round with the exception of holidays listed below and emergency closings. When picking up your child/children at closing time please keep in mind to arrive at least 15-20 minutes earlier. This will allow for time to collect your child's belongings, talk briefly with the teacher and ensures your departure by 6:00 P.M.

will be scheduled periodically throughout the year, mostly for the 3 to 6 year old groups. We feel that field trips are an important part of our program. Our field trips consist of local visits to farms, orchards, local businesses, fire or police stations, libraries, nursing homes, a pediatric dentist, etc.. We are usually away from school for 2 to 3 hours. Parents are always invited to join us as a chaperone and help with supervision. We do require a certain number of adults for the trip to take place. While we realize that some of you may not be able to go on the field trips, we find that most parents try to accompany us on one trip a year.
such as visiting police and firemen, family picnics, and parent nights are also an important part of our school program. We often have special happenings or guest visitors. We will keep you well informed of our upcoming events.
will be distributed and required for any child to go on a field trip. Car seats will be required and used when appropriate. Children who are enrolled in a class going on a field trip, but who do not attend on the scheduled day of the trip, will be invited to join us, pending sufficient supervision will be available. In these instances, the child must be brought to the school just prior to leaving on the trip, and picked up immediately upon our return.
